Yes. Planivia is free for weddings up to 80 guests with all features included: guest management, budget, seating plan, wedding website, vendor CRM, checklist, invitation designer and AI assistant. No credit card required, no expiration. If you need more than 80 guests, the one-time Wedding Pass costs €35 (€18 in emerging markets, €6 in low-income markets).
How long does it take to start?
Less than 5 minutes. Set your wedding date and Planivia auto-generates a personalized 200+ task checklist, a budget calculator with realistic ranges, a seating plan template and a wedding website draft. You can invite your partner from the start to plan together in real time.
Can I plan my wedding from a different country?
Yes. Planivia works in 50+ countries with currency conversion, regional vendor recommendations and language support in Spanish and English. Wedding location can be in any country regardless of where you live.
What happens if I have more than 80 guests?
You can buy the Wedding Pass once for €35 (or €18 / €6 in lower-income markets, automatically adjusted). Wedding Pass unlocks unlimited guests forever for that wedding. There is no monthly subscription, no auto-renewal, no expiration.
Can I share planning with my partner?
Yes. Each wedding supports two paired accounts so you and your partner can edit guest list, budget and seating plan in real time. Changes sync instantly. You can also invite a wedding planner with a separate role that has limited permissions.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (PostgreSQL with encryption-at-rest). We comply with GDPR and you can export or delete all your data at any time from the settings panel. Your guest list is never shared with third parties.
