Is Planivia really free?
Yes, to get started: the free plan never expires and needs no credit card, and it has limits. You see up to 80 guests, set up 3 tables in the seating plan, contact 4 vendors, complete a short task list and publish your website with 4 templates; RSVP replies are saved, but you can’t see them. The Wedding Pass removes those limits with a one-time payment: €35 in Spain, and the price changes by country.
How long does it take to start?
Less than 5 minutes. Set your wedding date and Planivia auto-generates a personalized checklist that grows with each vendor you add, a budget calculator with realistic ranges, a seating plan template and a wedding website draft. You can invite your partner from the start to plan together in real time.
Can I plan my wedding from a different country?
Yes. Planivia works in 88 countries, with your budget in your currency, regional vendor recommendations and language support in Spanish and English. Wedding location can be in any country regardless of where you live.
What happens if I have more than 80 guests?
You can buy the Wedding Pass once: €35 in Spain, with the price automatically adjusted by country. Wedding Pass unlocks unlimited guests forever for that wedding. There is no monthly subscription, no auto-renewal, no expiration.
Can I share planning with my partner?
Yes. Each wedding supports two paired accounts so you and your partner can edit guest list, budget and seating plan in real time. Changes sync instantly. With a paid plan you can also invite one person to help you, such as your wedding planner, with full access.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (PostgreSQL with encryption-at-rest). We comply with GDPR and you can export or delete all your data at any time from the settings panel. Your guest list is never shared with third parties.

Planivia works in 88+ countries with localised content per city: typical budgets in your currency, best months based on the local climate, cultural wedding traditions and local vendors with their Google ratings. The interface is available in English and Spanish, with prices adapted to local purchasing power (PPP).
