If you have questions about how to plan your wedding, how a specific tool works (budget, seating plan, guest list, wedding website, digital invitations or checklist), email hola@planivia.net. You can also browse our help center with step-by-step guides. We reply within 24-48 business hours from Spain (CET/CEST).

Wedding planners and vendors

If you are a professional planner managing several weddings or a vendor (photographer, catering, florists, music, decor, venue), email pro@planivia.net with subject "Pro". We will explain how to list in the directory, receive qualified quote requests and the PPP pricing for your market.

Planivia is a platform founded in Spain in 2024. We operate as a limited company headquartered in Madrid. We comply with GDPR and host on EU servers. We do not sell data to third parties and do not show third-party ads on the platform. For formal legal or GDPR matters, indicate it in the email subject.

Response times

General support email: 24-48h on business days. Pro email: 24h on business days. Social media (Instagram, TikTok): basic questions same day, technical cases redirected to email. Press and partnerships: 3-5 business days. Outside Spanish business hours, replies may take longer.
