1. Acceptance of Terms

Al acceder y utilizar Planivia ("la Plataforma"), aceptas estar sujeto a estos Términos y Condiciones. Si no estás de acuerdo con alguna parte de estos términos, no debes utilizar nuestros servicios.

2. Service Description

Planivia es una plataforma digital que facilita la planificación y organización de bodas, conectando parejas, planificadores de bodas y proveedores de servicios. Proporcionamos herramientas para:

• Guest management and RSVP tracking
• Budget planning and expense tracking
• Task organization and scheduling
• Finding and hiring vendors
• Creating custom wedding websites
• Communication among all parties involved

3. User registration and accounts

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Planivia. By creating an account, you guarantee that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

3.2 Account security

Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tu contraseña y de todas las actividades que ocurran bajo tu cuenta. Debes notificarnos inmediatamente sobre cualquier uso no autorizado.

3.3 User types

• Individuals Couples planning their wedding
• Planners Wedding planning professionals
• Vendors Companies offering wedding services
• Guests Collaborators invited by couples or planners

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Post offensive, defamatory content or violate third-party rights
• Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform
• Collect data from other users without their consent
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use bots or automated scripts without permission

5. Plans and payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

Planivia ofrece diferentes planes de suscripción con características y límites específicos. Los precios y características están disponibles en nuestra página de planes.

5.2 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected period (monthly or annually) and will automatically renew until canceled.

5.3 Refunds

Ofrecemos una garantía de devolución de dinero de 14 días para nuevas suscripciones. Después de este período, no se realizarán reembolsos por períodos parciales.

6. Intellectual property

Todo el contenido de la Plataforma, incluyendo diseño, texto, gráficos, logos y software, es propiedad de Planivia o sus licenciantes y está protegido por leyes de propiedad intelectual.

Retienes todos los derechos sobre el contenido que subas a la Plataforma, pero nos otorgas una licencia para usarlo, mostrarlo y almacenarlo según sea necesario para proporcionar el servicio.

7. Limitation of Liability

Planivia se proporciona "tal cual" sin garantías de ningún tipo. No garantizamos que el servicio será ininterrumpido, seguro o libre de errores.

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of data or content
• Service interruptions
• Third-party Actions (suppliers, users…)
• Indirect or consequential damages

8. Relationships with Suppliers

Planivia facilita la conexión entre usuarios y proveedores de servicios, pero no es parte de ningún contrato entre ellos. Cualquier acuerdo, pago o disputa es responsabilidad exclusiva de las partes involucradas.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• If you engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Your conduct harms other users or the Platform

You can cancel your account at any time from your profile settings.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Spain.
