The problem it solves

At your wedding there are 100-200 people with phones taking incredible photos. The professional photographer covers the key moments, but the candid shots, dance-floor videos, friends' jokes — all that stays on phones scattered across the country.

Three weeks later you're chasing 80 WhatsApp groups asking for photos. Half never send them. The other half send them compressed by WhatsApp (without original quality). Videos are too heavy and never arrive. Momentos solves this before the wedding, not after.

  1. Activate Momentos on your wedding. From the dashboard, "Momentos" module. QR + public link auto-generated.
  2. Print or project the QR. Menus, tables, photo booth, screen, anywhere visible. Without this, guests don't know there's an album.
  3. Guests scan and upload. 2 taps from the native camera. Works on any modern phone.
  4. Download everything after. ZIP by scene, in original quality. Do it within a year of the wedding.

How does the QR for guest photo upload work?

Planivia generates a unique QR for your wedding. You print it on menus, tables, photo booth or project it on a screen. Each guest scans with their phone camera, the browser opens and they upload photos and videos straight to the shared album. No apps to install and no account: they just enter their name and email.

Do guests need an app to upload photos?

No. Works in any modern mobile browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox). Guest scans the QR with the native camera, taps the link that appears, and the browser's camera opens directly. Uploading a photo takes 2 taps.

Can guests see each other's photos?

No. Each guest sees what they uploaded, and you see the full album from your dashboard. There are no privacy modes to configure.

Is there a limit on photos or videos?

Momentos comes with Wedding Pass Plus (one-time payment: €55 in Spain, adjusted per country) and includes 30 GB for your guests' photos and videos, in their original quality. It is not part of the free plan or Wedding Pass.

What happens to photos after the wedding? Can I download them?

Yes. Download the photos and videos in their original quality from your dashboard, as ZIP files by scene (ceremony, cocktail hour, banquet, dancing…). They are kept on Planivia for one year after the wedding: download them before then.

What if someone uploads something I don't want shown?

Only you see the full album, and you can delete any photo or video you don't want from your dashboard. There is no pre-approval of each photo and no guest blocking.

What's this feature called in Planivia?

In the app you'll see it as "Momentos" (Spanish for "Moments"). It's the collaborative album module with QR. You activate it with Wedding Pass Plus from your wedding's main menu — the QR is auto-generated and the public link is ready to share.
