Create a WhatsApp group or shared Google Doc with the schedule, addresses, transport pickup points, and emergency contacts. Most guests appreciate a one-page printed itinerary on arrival, especially for the first day when jet lag is doing its work.

Dietary and Accessibility Needs

Collect allergy and dietary information in the RSVP and pass it to your caterer 4-6 weeks ahead — local caterers in Ibiza are highly accustomed to vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal, and pregnancy-related requests. For mobility considerations, flag in advance: many of the most photogenic finca venues have unpaved paths and outdoor terrain that don't suit wheelchair users without adaptation.
